Women in the law

What is it like to be a woman working in the law in 2021? How have things changed for women in the law over the years? What other work needs to be done to ensure women working in the law and women going through the justice system are treated fairly and equitably?

In this session, a diverse panel including judges, a judicial registrar and a lawyer will discuss their experiences of what it is like to be a woman working in the law.

This session will be recorded for those who can’t make it, and the video will be made available on the County Court website.
