These are all topics people don’t want to talk about – until it’s too late. This in-person seminar explains why you should consider end-of-life planning and how to go about it. Morning tea and lunch are included.

11.15 – 12.00pm – What is a power of attorney?
Lunch
1.00 – 2.30pm – How to make sure your personal preferences are taken into account when you no longer have the capacity to make your own decisions.
This is a free session and being held at Daylesford Neighbourhood Centre in on Friday 20 May with assistance from Ballarat and Grampians Community Legal Service.
