Learn how to create a will (Hamilton)

A free general community information session on wills, estates and powers of attorney. This session will be delivered by local lawyer and resident of Hamilton, Tim Hallam of Hallam Legal.

This is an opportunity for members of the community to gain an understanding and knowledge of things to take into consideration when thinking about about creating your will and how to make your decisions clear.

Time will be given to exploring the roles and responsibilities of differing powers of attorneys. We will consider the pitfalls, provide tips and give examples of things that might go wrong. We’ll guide you on how to put your affairs in order to effectively manage daily and life transactions, when you are not in a position to do so for yourself.

Information will be general and participants will be encouraged to seek their own specific legal information.

Refreshments and morning tea will be provided.
