William & Lonsdale – Lives in the Law: Joan Murphy

William & Lonsdale – Lives in the Law is a podcast series about the legal ecosystem in Victoria and the fascinating people who make it tick.

May 18th – 24th is Law Week and also National Volunteer Week. Our guest in this episode, Joan Murphy, has volunteered for Court Network at Frankston Magistrates Court for over 25 years. She does an incredible service for our community – standing beside, empowering and instilling confidence in all court users. As we’ll hear in this episode, Joan has always been fascinated by criminal law, and began her Life in the Law as a legal clerk for iconic Melbourne criminal defence lawyer Ray Dunn.
