Scammers are using the COVID-19 pandemic to take advantage of people across Australia. Phishing for personal information, online shopping scams and superannuation scams are all rife.
It can be difficult to recognise a scam because requests for money or personal details often look as though they come from a government agency or a real company. So how do you identify a scam? And what can you do to prevent falling victim to one?
