Come to the Law Week Hub at Federation Square to speak to staff from the Public Transport Ombudsman (PTO) and find out how to resolve your public transport complaints.
The PTO is a free and independent service that helps Victorians with complaints about public transport. They look at a wide range of public transport issues like myki, the conduct of public transport staff including Authorised Officers, reliability and cancellation of services, public transport construction works that may impact you. The PTO work with you and the operator to find the right outcome to resolve your complaints.
