Portraits of Justice

What does justice look like to the next generation? Find out at the launch of the Portraits of Justice exhibition.

Portraits of Justice is an innovative program in which young people have the opportunity to engage with the law and those who practice it. Throughout a series of workshops, young people from Geelong meet different members of the legal profession – a Magistrate, a police officer, a lawyer and more. At the end of each session, the legal professional sits and has their portrait drawn by the young people in the workshop.

Presented in partnership with Geelong Illustrators, the Geelong Regional Library and Geelong After Dark, this exhibition is the program’s culmination. Come and explore a curated selection of portraits, enjoy some light snacks and refreshments and watch as awards for People’s Choice and Best Portrait are presented.
