Maintaining trust in Victoria’s integrity system

The police force and public sector work hard to support the Victorian community. However mistakes, misconduct and corruption can occur, so there is an integrity system that provides a pathway for complaints about the police force and public sector. Organisations forming part of the integrity system include the Victorian Ombudsman, the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission (IBAC) and the Victorian Inspectorate.

Navigating the integrity system can be a time consuming and challenging process. That’s why the Victorian Inspectorate listens to the community and aims to help build trust in the integrity system.

In this presentation you will learn how the Victorian Inspectorate’s unique role in Australia helps to provide a voice for those interacting with organisations such as the Ombudsman and IBAC.
