The LGBTIQ Legal Service is providing a free and confidential legal clinic for any LGBTIQ people who are experiencing or at risk of experiencing family violence in regional Victoria.
Book a session to find out more about what family violence is, what your rights are and how the law can provide legal protections for you and your children. The clinic will provide targeted advice and referrals that understand the specific complexities and issues often affecting LGBTIQ people.
As many of the LGBTIQ services are based in Melbourne, this event seeks to support to LGBTIQ people living in regional Victoria. The LGBTIQ Legal Service is a statewide service that provides culturally safe legal assistance to members of the LGBTIQ community and is a part of the St Kilda Legal Service.
