Grandparents’ rights

Do you want to spend more time with your grandchildren, but their parents don’t agree? Do you have questions about what rights, if any, you have as a grandparent?

This session will guide you through the role of a grandparent within the family law system and will cover topics such as:

  • What rights do grandchildren have to spend time with their grandparents?
  • Where do you go for assistance to resolve disputes?
  • What happens if there is a disagreement?

Wills and powers of attorney checks are available immediately before this event. Separate bookings are required (see event listing).
