Many young people, particularly those from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds, have a higher chance of experiencing discrimination at work.
This session is designed to help young people from CALD backgrounds better understand their rights.
- gain a deeper understanding of what it means to be discriminated against in the recruitment process or workplace
- find out your legal rights and options available to you or someone you might know
- learn what to do if you experience discrimination and get tips for navigating difficult situations.
This session is hosted by the South Sudanese Business Response, a project sponsored by Lander & Rogers.
